Our journey at Knight and Dough has been one of passion, perseverance, and hard work. From the early days of brainstorming and planning to the present day, we have poured our hearts and souls into creating a unique and memorable experience for our customers.
It all started with our love for authentic Neapolitan-style pizza and the desire to share it with the people. We sourced the finest ingredients, built our wood-fired oven, and set up our mobile pizza van to bring our vision to life.

Our pizza truck is a converted horse box that has been carefully designed and fitted with a traditional wood-fired oven and all the equipment we need to make our delicious pizzas.
